Journey to Inner Peace

While preparing for my role as a yogi sadhu in the film Monkey Man, I needed to achieve a deep sense of stability, strength, and focus. With Aditi’s guidance, I was able to reach a state of balance and mindfulness through meditation and advanced asana practice. Her expertise helped me develop not only physical strength and flexibility but also the mental clarity and inner calm required for the role.

Thanks to Aditi, I could fully embody the character on set, maintaining composure and ease throughout the shooting process.
