My Story

As a yoga teacher, I bring a blend of traditional and contemporary practices to create a holistic and enriching experience for my students. My teaching style is rooted in the ancient principles of yoga, emphasizing the balance between mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative yoga, ensuring that each class caters to a wide range of abilities and goals. My approach is compassionate and mindful, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and find their unique expression of each pose. I focus on alignment, breathwork, and meditation to deepen the practice and promote overall well-being.
